Our goal at Lakeshore Family Dentistry is to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits and making any remaining balance easily manageable. Our staff will work as your advocate and do their best to work within your insurance limits. They will also do our best to keep you informed about services not covered by your insurance plan. However, please note that provided financial estimates are subject to change, as coverage is not guaranteed until claims are submitted and processed. In the event of claim rejection by your insurance company, any remaining balance on the account is the patient's responsibility. All payments are due at the time of service.
