What is the Lakeshore Family dentistry Raffle?

We greatly appreciate feedback from our patients. To show our gratitude, we offer a raffle with an exciting smile-changing prize. Current patients who leave a review on Yelp or Google will automatically be entered to win an Oral-B iO Toothbrush Set! Winners are drawn four times a year at the end of each quarter. Please see the raffle entry requirements below.

Raffle entry requirements

In order to qualify for raffle prizes, entrants must have been seen by our office in the last calendar year. Each review will earn one raffle entry. Prizes may not be used for past treatment or purchases. Winners must redeem their prizes by the end of the following quarter, and prizes may only be redeemed by the original entrant or the person who wrote the review.
