We are out of network with most insurance providers but we can still see you as a patient AND take your insurance as out-of-network providers! If you would like to know about your insurance carrier specifically, please call our office at (510) 444-4331.
Contrary to popular belief, being an out-of-network provider doesn't mean we won't take your insurance! Our office accepts dental insurance from any PPO insurance plan. PPO plans allow patients the freedom and flexibility to choose their own dentists. We hope that Lakeshore Family will be the best choice for your dental needs!

Please be aware that all financial estimates provided are subject to change, as coverage is not guaranteed until claims are submitted and processed. In the event of claim rejection by your insurance company, any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility. Payment is due at the time of service.
